Boring please!

Vanilla ice cream is underappreciated. People always go for chocolate and strawberry and all these flavours with crazy things in them.

Isn’t a vanilla more exotic than a strawberry?

My theory is that people don’t like vanilla ice cream because everyone does. It’s like one of those songs that’s pure awesome, until it gets played on the radio every 10 minutes.

People probably used to love vanilla ice cream. It was a la mode. At one point. But because it’s served with everything people take it as the flavour without any flavour.

Speaking of which, does anyone know of any unflavoured ice cream? Just frozen churned cream and sugar? That would be interesting.
